The Indonesian island of Flores is known for fine backstrap hand woven ikats. The subtle colors of natural dyes and the crispness of the ikat weaving using their traditional designs makes these weavings a delight to own. Each sarong is sewn into a long, narrow tube to wear in the traditional style but you can remove the seam and get creative!
